Practical English Starter

Practical English Starter is the perfect course for beginners, or those needing to re-learn some of the very basics of English. The course includes a wide range of practical, everyday topics like introducing yourself, numbers, shopping, and transport.

Those who are willing to study 2-3 hours a week over several months will see a significant improvement in their level, and in international exam test scores.

Students are exposed to a wide range of accents from around the English-speaking world to help prepare them for travel, or to help them progress to a pre-intermediate level of English and further study.
Practical English Starter also includes optional use of blended learning material which complements the digital lessons. There are Hand-outs, Teacher's Notes, Language Summaries and Audio for group, 1:1, or Zoom meetings.

Practical English

Practical English offers a highly personalised learning formula to identify weak areas, and provide study material that addresses individual needs as you work through the course. Following an initial diagnostic test, the system uses AI to continuously check performance to see if you might need to change level in any of the skill categories.

Teen Lingo

Teen Lingo is an English language pathway for young people who want to improve their English skills in a fun, interactive and effective manner. It will guide learners through an adaptive learning path, and improve their overall English ability with a specific focus on speaking, listening, reading and pronunciation to help their communication skills and academic studies.

Teen Lingo is suitable for self-study or as an online supplement to existing in-class material. Learners complete a diagnostic test and the adaptive engine uses the results to create a personalised learning path which continues to adapt to learners' performance as they work through the course.
Teen Lingo features a variety of exercise types, including the use of animation to provide visual input and aid comprehension. This new app now includes start-of-lesson activities that are designed to give context and links to personal experience, as well as enhanced activities to build further skills in pronunciation, aural comprehension and reading fluency.
Blended lessons for live, teacher-led classes (face-to-face or online) that complement the digital content and that have a specific focus on speaking skills.
